HOA MEETINGS 

Harvest Field Homeowners Association Meetings are held quarterly in January, April, July and October.  The annual meeting will be held immediately following the October quarterly meeting. The Annual Meeting is where HOA members vote for the HOA Board of Directors. Please consider joining the Board of Directors (BoD) or Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Homeowners are encouraged to participate in all meetings throughout the year. There is an Audience Comment portion of the agenda where homeowners may make comments on matters of concern. Homeowners are limited to a total of three (3) minutes to make comments during this time to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate. 

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE 

  • Watering day for common areas is Friday's
  • Grounds Maintenance for common areas is generally on Thursday's
  • Pressure washing for common area occurs biennially (as needed) in December
    • Sidewalk along Guiles Road, four brick monuments at entryway and three traffic circles
      • Last completed August 2024
