Harvest Field Homeowner Association is contracted with and represented by a bonded and insured association property management company, Wise Property Management, Inc., to provide association management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the association. In partnership with the management company, HOA's are responsible for the enforcement of the covenants, by-laws and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:

Administrative: Facilitate, Attend and Document HOA Board Meetings, Meeting Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Mail Notices, Proxies, Ballots, Division of Corporations Annual Report, Record Retention, HOA Insurance Provisions

Accounting: Budget, Monthly Fiscal Statement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, Dues Collections, Delinquencies, Taxes

Community: Architectural reviews, Community Walk-through, Grounds Maintenance Supervision, Enforcement Activities to ensure residents are doing their part to uphold the rules and regulations governing the HOA.
