Architectural Control Committe

Due to our neighborhood's Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) review and approval process is mandatory for ALL exterior changes to your home or property, this includes landscaping. As there is no preset list of roof colors or exterior paint colors, please include a sample of the desired color through a picture or paint swatch.

The response turnaround time is usually 3 business days after receiving your completed form AND necessary samples/pictures. Please allow time for potential requested changes from the committee BEFORE planning or hiring your painter, roofer, landscaper, etc. Working together, we can maintain a neighborhood standard and sustain appropriate home value.

The Board reserves the right to revert unapproved changes with associated costs billed to homeowner per the association's CC&Rs.
