The Harvest Field Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of a maximum of 5 or minimum of 3 volunteer members of the neighborhood who are elected by the homeowners annually. Such elections are held in October as set forth in the association's governing documents. When the board is seated, they follow the rules and guidelines set forth in the governing documents.
